Qualification Requirements

  • Experience
    • Contact Management Software (e.g., SalesForce.com, ACT, etc.)
    • Direct sales experience in the non-profit sector
    • Strong computer skills with Google Apps, Google Drive, Skype, and making webinar presentations
    • Basic knowledge of online advertising, particularly with Google and search engine marketing in general
  • Be a closer — not just an opener — with a measured history of success
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Have excellent meeting preparation skills and show up early
  • Be willing and able to serve all constituencies without bias (including, without limitation, bias based on race, religion, sexual orientation, handicap, or national origin)

Compensation commensurate with experience includes a base salary and unlimited commission.  Candidates interested in this position ithin a but not local or within reasonable commuting distance to the North Webster, IN, have the option to work remotely (virtually) and travel periodically to Headquarters, client sites, and lunch-and-learns.  20% or less travel time is expected.  Either way, you’ll need an excellent Internet connection.
